Conceptually, I kind of doubt a power station in ruins would allow you to retrieve any sort of energy. Unless it contains some portable generators to spare.

Anyhow, it's a *game*, doesn't really matter.

Great artwork, eager to see the game.

I betcha the original engineers still live here (where else do they have to go?) and keep things half-way running.

Ghetto repairs, cannibalized cars in the parking lot, stuff cross-wired so wrong it bursts into flames randomly.

Good thing it's sitting on a huge bunker of coal.
