What are her priorities? Is she genuinely all about the money, or is Mr "Yes-I'm-happy-to-bring-the-war-into-your-city-for-my-own-personal-profit" about to find his jugular separated rather than the contract?
Sounds familiar. You wouldn't have happened to have been drunk/stoned and playing Marrowind/Oblivion when the idea for this comic came to you? I swear to god if she starts picking all the flowers along the road in route to this scroll I'm out f here.
I love the art style but the story seems a little recycled so far. I hope it improves.
in her ear(s), in her hair, taped under a booby. i can't imagine her pulling it out of anywhere else... she seems too classy to do that. i also can't imagine that the guards wouldn't have done a full cavity check...
Because the whole point of everyone being striped was so they'd be assured she was unarmed- thus the predictable punchline to this scenario is that the moment they need a blade- the one person who wasn't supposed to have one (her) is gonna be all like "Please, use mine." And pull it seemingly from nowhere, thus making her look super dangerous and coy.
The knives are so in her hair, look at it, so much of it and so luxurious. she has to have at least three maybe for stashed there, and then don't for get her ears, she could hide one behind each ear. So far the very formal contrast to other stories placed in similar settings is really refreshing, this area feels a bit like it would resemble Rome in some ways.
