Wow, something about this picture dazzles me. I think it's the angle of the "Big Bird." It looks like he's either striking an awesome pose to impose fear in the eyes of his pray, or streaching after a good nap. nice drawing.

It's no longer a comic, but a series of pulp-style novellas.
(There was too much story. I'd never complete the series in comic form).
