Back in 2008/2009, I was asked to draw a couple of images for the (now defunct) "Girls of Gaming" magazine.

I'm not sure if it was by coincidence or if the magazine had learned which studio I worked for at the time by other means (because I had kept it quiet), but the characters they asked me to draw were created by Rare. Specifically; those from Conker.

I had no involvement with any of the conker games on any level. My stint at Rare involved only a bit of work on Perfect Dark: Zero, concept work for the full development of Banjo & Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (the only game I’ve ever worked on from start to finish) and a smattering of other prototypes (none of which have thus far seen the light of day)….and then they cut most of their artists. Myself included.
