You should submit this for a Doctor WHO script. Moffit could totally do something with this idea. Sonic screwdrivers don't have any effect, and it can only be seen by children who still believe in monsters under the bed. And the actual binmen stopped caring cause they still charge for pickup twice a fort-night.
