If you're wondering why this is funny to other people, this is why: It's a bird. Putting it's wings over it's head for apparently no reason than to have fun. it's acting ridiculous.
Maybe it's funny because of the expression of the other bird, who is a little confused, then shocked by this other bird who is doing this crazy crap.
Maybe it's funny because we're all (apparently) 13 year olds, and the one additional year to put us at 14 year olds make us so immature. Because a single year makes that large of a difference.
Or, maybe it's funny for other reasons :D
