Now this one, I can identify with. The others you've drawn were games I never played..and in the case of Assassin's Creed, games I'll never play. Probably the same deal for Skies of Arcadia, seeing as I don't own a Dreamcast and will probably -never- find one for sale, much less the game itself.
As for DoAX..prolly won't play that, either. I don't plan on getting a 360 anytime soon.
Anyway, Silent Hill 2 -is- a game I've played, and is also a game I own. I have the Xbox version, which includes a nifty new chapter in the series, where you get to play as the stripper, Maria.
All in all, the first time I played Silent Hill 2 was the PS2 version, and I still recall being scared out of my damned mind. I was playing it in the dark, with headphones on, and that first opening walk through that misty forest with all those strange, infernal sounds coming from every direction around me scared the -piss- out of me. But, at the same time, it -delighted- me. I'd never recalled ever being that scared playing a game before, and I loved every -moment- of it. It was a thrill, delicious and frightening at the same time.
You definitely hit the nail on the head with this one, Jack.

I'm not sure it really matters that much, but Skies of Arcadia was later re-released on the Gamecube, which can also be played on the Wii (as it plays GC games).
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
