Long before my webcomic started up, Kat was a character in another project (a page from which can be seen earlier in my gallery [link] ) in which she starred as a super hero.
This is a recent pic of her in her old costume.

In the comic; her entire costume was made out of stuff she had lying around in her wardrobe. The main body of the suit was just a cut-down wetsuit for surfing, the t-shirt over it was just something she liked, the boots were an impulse buy she'd made months before-hand and I thing the cape was a shower-curtain.
