Little Man Syndrome by jollyjack Little Man Syndrome by jollyjack
North Korea is doing the international equivalent of turfing dog crap over the neighbour's fence, which I'm sure will make the world see them for the big, scary superpower they really are.....

......nope. Couldn't keep a straight face.

Giant USA soldier: go away tiny man, you are useless and can't start shit.

That is pretty much this art in a nutshell.

People seem to forget that North Korea is just a puppet state to China. But the USA needs unstable countries to keep its economy going.

Some things are better than the news.
This is one of them.
NBC should just throw this up whenever referring to North Korea.

Not bad, I have a feeling that Kim Un is wanting for the war to start back up again. After all a cease-fire agreement was made ad not a peace treaty.

Well, to be honest i never blamed it on the american people. You are great people, i like america very much. But let us face it, your country is big and it has big problems. That is  not because of you, more like because of these bastards in the goverment and on Wall street. The Lobby. I understand that most americans are great people and i am sorry if i insulted you, but it is a fact, that i can not stand your goverment and the mighty people in your country. And i certainetly do not like the fact, that these people interfer ein other countries buisiness. Well, that is all i guess...

Which is empty rhetoric. They know very well that they're no match against U.S. Military.
Underdell Featured By Owner Jan 9, 2015  Student General Artist
Global destruction can not be stopped by the us military. If they send a couple of dozen nukes, even just one making it through would cause mass death and destruction. If America declared war against North Korea, they would have no reason not to shoot their nukes. They may not be able to win in ground warfare or any such conventional fighting, and as such thermo nuclear war would be there logical rhetoric.. It's either that or they lose anyways
UnitDCCXXXI Featured By Owner Mar 8, 2015
Which implies the DPRK even CAN fire off A nuke via the ballistic missile tech they don't have yet, and likely won't be able to get ahold for a while. They have a small handful of nukes which they can't use effectively because they lack proper delivery systems. I made a post a bit further back going into much greater detail about this.…

Also, one or two nukes of the primitive kind the DPRK has managed to gather would at most devastate a single city, and if there was a retaliatory strike, all it would do is destroy or devastate the DPRK. The only effective use for the nukes is if we KNOW they used them, first thing. It's a deterrent. Pointless if it's unknown. If it's not used that way but simply set off on U.S. soil, then it's just a random detonation of a superweapon on U.S. soil. But the U.S. wouldn't flip out and nuke everybody they think is responsible, because no other nukes would be in the air, and we'd KNOW if they were. They'd go into a panic trying to find out who did it. There'd be a lot of tension in the meantime, but only that. They'd eventually trace it back to the DPRK going by blast yield, method of delivery, etc. Once they confirm, they will retaliate against the DPRK and ONLY against the DPRK. And the rest of the world isn't idiotic. They're not going to get involved in a nuclear exchange that doesn't involve them already because it's a zero-sum game. So the worst case scenario is some port city like LA gets flattened, irradiated, and/or flooded through, and the DPRK gets turned to glass and cinders. I don't mean to downplay the horrors that situation would entail, but your assessment of there being an apocalyptic global thermonuclear war is just not accurate in the least. Sorry.
