ODA Sections

Quite possibly the ugliest thing I've ever posted on DA, but I'm in a bit of a world-building groove right now, so; lots of notes and diagrams that help me write the narrative.

The Office of Dangerous Anomalies won't show up until the second arc of Little Victory, but I'm finalising the position of they, and their US counterparts, within their respective governments.
The ODA isn't a secret organisation. They operate in view of the public as much as any other military group.
Their US equivilant, on the other hand, is a secretive group that is hidden away within the folds of DARPA. Can't say much else on them or I'll spoil the story.
