One of the additional superheroes I've been sketching out for Little Victory.

Piuma Bianca operates out of Rome.
I was originally going to call her "Destiny", but decided to give her an Italian name.
Means "White Feather" (assuming my Italian is correct!).

In the fiction, the world is divided into sectors that the heroes patrol. Vicky is in Gold Sector (The United States). Bianca is in Platinum Sector (Europe). She had a pretty nasty run-in with the ODA while responding to a crisis in Iceland. Trying to get there as fast as possible, she crossed into British airspace. When she ignored their demand to change course, they set the Spinnaker on her.
