Bad guys; beware!

Questions have been asked as to the nature of little Vicky’s powers. I can’t disclose their origin, but I can detail what they include: the ability (or apparent ability) to generate and project plasma and (what appears to be) manipulation of gravity fields.
The latter is the weaker of her abilities, not in regards to strength, but control. Area-effect is all it’s good for at the moment, at least for it to be effective against an adversary, so it’s not much use in a built-up area (she doesn’t really want to go around crushing huge numbers of innocent bystanders).

A fun little demonstration of both powers at work: a weak gravity well containing some super-heated plasma. It creates a miniature “solar system” with the plasma at its heart and a few “micro-planets” form around it from particles drawn in from the surrounding air.
Hardly of use in combat, but good for re-heating a cup of cold soup…..

How is she bullet proof? Some kind of gravity or plasma induced force field ability.

Hmmm..... From what I've read, her gravity powers aren't quite strong enough to block bullets, just create miniature suns for heating coffee.
But... a plasma field could potentially do the trick. A thin layer of plasma controlled tightly by her could possibly stop a bullet. Or, you could go with the idea that she uses magnetic powers to control the plasma which she generates as a power. The plasma could polarize the bullet for a short moment, and then her magnetic abilities would stop the bullet. With the first one, if she were capable of stopping a bullet with such a thin layer of plasma, then explosions(and therefore missiles) would be a piece of cake; just thicken the layer up. With the second one, It's unlikely she'd be able to stop any material that isn't a metal, isn't conductive to electricity, AND isn't naturally magnetic.
Or we could just go with the fact that she's naturally bullet-proof, but it's never really explained....

her eyes getted in a beutiful and awesome effect but to create a solar sistem have a lot of limitations, the quantical value exceded the maximum on it, alchemy are a dead cience but im a alchemist too but it not have any value ¬¬.
