Viva Pinata was such a creative game with so many creative concepts, designs, gameplay but Microsoft just wants more COD and racing games granted Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare is a step in the right direction idea wise but I want to see some more Pinatas on Wii-U because lets face it, Microsoft dosen't want it and Nintendo would treat it with alot more respect.
Even though I own a Xbox 360. I HATE MICROSOFT For what they did to Rare Nintendo Does what Microsnot Don't! Please Save Rare Nintendo and Please do well with the Wii U sales and Pikmin 3 and New Super Mario Bros U and maybe Nintendo Land sales as well!
And. . .who keeps buying the crap they produce? Us.
We're part of the problem, folks. Don't buy "out-there" titles at Gamestop, because the developers don't make any money that way. Show the industry that we want less brown gritty realism and stale gameplay, and more of the above pictured that's being stomped out of the pinata.
Alright, my interpretation of this is that the pinata (viva pinata) represents the old Rare franchises that made the company so famous for its joy, enthusiasm, charm etc. However recently, Rare has decided to turn away from these classic elements and start focusing on games for the Kinect (which they have been doing as of late). So the boot represents either Microsoft's pressure on Rare to focus on the Kinect, or the new changes in the management of Rare itself, which jollyjack obviously disagrees with. I agree with jollyjack.
WELCOME, MY SON... WELCOOOOME... TO... THE MACHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE...
^pretty much Microsoft to Rare when they first bought the company. and it's ok if you don't get it if you haven't heard the song by Pink Floyd. Then again, I dunno why you haven't yet, because that song's fuckin amazing.
