Wanda K - Initiation Station

I've been faffing around with the Initiation Station of Saints Row 3.
Naturally, I had to take a shot at recreating Wanda K, a character born from a design I came up with while playing Saints Row 2.
The thigh-high boots were there, but no one-piece swimsuit, so she has a new cozzy.....

.....why is this kind of dress-up thing acceptable, but when people catch me playing with my Barbie doll collection; I get strange looks?
